Post Call Assist

When you perform a call action for any of the contact you will be shown a post call popover after completion of a call. Through this post call popover you can perform the SFDC related action regarding this Call. If you don’t want to perform actions now then you can tap on ‘Do later’ which will create a post call assist under All IQ screen.

Account 360 view

Using SmarterMe you can get a complete overview of the account in minutes.

SmarterMe aggregates all account information found in your emails, tasks, notes and meetings that are relevant to an account. Tracking the location of the account can be viewed using map. You can also view the associated opportunity and primary contact with the account. Update an Account and your Salesforce is automatically updated as well!

Account Map
